Account was blocked after only a week.

I called Match.com onJuly 27, 2021 on the technical issues line first and was given a referrence number of #3456 and told that my call would be sent to another department that specializes in this issue. He couldn't tell me why my account was blocked, I waited on hold for 15 minutes before hanging up. I called again today July 28, 2021 and spoke with a woman in the customer service department who was able to pull up my account but didn't know why it was blocked. She gave me a new reference number of #[protected] and I waited again for 15 minutes. I waited 2 hours and called customer service back and let them know that I already had a reference number and she said the call would be expedited and was put on hold for 35 minutes. I want to cancel my membership and get reimbursed since I didn't have anything on the site that was questionable. The email address for the account is: [protected]@hotmail.com
