Account stolen

My email and password was changed and all they send is the stupid text saying follow these steps, that's all they did it 4 times i had alot of money sunk on that account and i dont want to lose it but dont seem like they care about customers its pathetic. User's recommendation: Dont trust security measures on stem they clearly are flawed.
