Absolutely terrible company to do business with

Placed order, was contacted by George J via email to change to alternate product, so they could ship with-in 48 hrs. Ship date missed 3 times. Called customer service was on hold for at least 30 minutes only to be told that they indeed had the ordered products but couldn't ship them and could not provide a date when they could ship. Canceled order and purchased elsewhere
