Absolutely Terrible – Clueless

If you thought Hurricane Florence (Sept 16 2018) was bad, try dealing with Flagstar Loss Draft Department (9 month and counting). All we want is to be reimbursed for the money we spent to secure our property and protect my family. Tree cleanup , storage containers, moving, pool repair, fence repair, all completed and paid for and well documented. Was promised money on three occasions. NOTHING!! They back track and give us more hurdles to jump over, most of which we have already done. They apparently don't take notes, when you call you start from day one every time!! The department is incompetent. You ask to talk to a supervisor, forget about it, they promise within 24 hours, they never call back!. This probably will not help my cause ..but screw it ...THEY SUCK!! We can not wait to get back in my house and have this behind us, so we can finance with a different lender! TR P.S. Shellpoint.. thanks for selling our mortgage in the middle of our claim. You suck as well !!
