Absolutely no sense of politeness

Tried calling all possible hotlines they have from the room's phone, front desk, room service, satisfaction hotline, house keeping, NOBODY answered, not even a single call for the whole 10 minutes. This is also during non peak hours almost 10pm in evening. Now finally room service picks up, and the first sentence he said, "What do you want!" I was shocked and got so displeased so I replied "Is this how you speak to your customer?!" He didn't understand me, french man, anyways. I got to the point on getting the request and he said okay. Guess what, obviously nobody shows up at all maybe never see a staff till my check out at the counter tomorrow. This means he totally just decided to ignore the request. Hopefully no more next visit, I assure you there are other hotels that focus more on customer service very much more than they do give a *** at Mercure. Read all the 2 stars and below reviews from TripAdvisor before you even consider booking your stay because most likely you'll become one of disappointed and displeased customers just like us, given that most customers had similar problems and feedback. No improvement what not from the General Manager, her replies are all copy and paste response which obviously means this is their culture here and no one cares about customers feedback. Absolutely pissed
