Absolutely astounded and angry
I have been a patient for years, but what happened yesterday is inexcusable. A dear friend's brother-in-law arrived in his wife's car for an cancer chemotherapy appointment. He is horribly weak, and when the car stopped, he ended up wedged between the front seat and dashboard. In desperation, his wife virtually begged passersby's to help--to no avail. After an hour and a half, a few security personnel, first told her they don't, 'go into the garage (!), but finally relented and lent a hand. Her husband was finally admitted, but the amount of time they had to wait for help is inexcusable! Also, being told that security don't 'go into the garage is lunacy. I don't care if the security team is contracted, it better be made clear that security does, indeed, patrol the garage areas. Plus, having a emergency phone available should be mandatory. I was amazed to say the least. Sincerely, Robert S. Fenhagen
