Purchased a new Bestway/Coleman above ground pool On March 5, 2021. The pool was installed in May. June 5,2021, the pool Pump ceased to power up. Made a warranty claim the first week of July. Long story short, after several attempts by email failed to get returned, I called Best way on July 20th. Only to be told that the claim had been canceled because it wasnt purchased from a recognized dealer. Even tho I had the receipt of purchase and photos. Al they could say was they were Sorry. The pool was new in the factory box. They would not honor warranty User's recommendation: Don’t buy best way products. They do not honor their warranties.
