Whether you’re interested in an HVAC maintenance plan, repair, or full scope replacement, I would highly encourage you to partner with the company I’ve concluded is the BEST in the business! Need further convincing? Just give Soto a call, and invite him to your home for an assessment of your system(s) and estimate of work. I suggest you then compare your experience with him to other estimates. That is exactly what I did, and there was ZERO comparison. Freon Doctor installed/replaced both HVAC systems of my 5000sf home, and the process was simply incredible beginning to end …… hands down! Their exceptional product line, associated goods, and phenomenal technical and customer service are a remarkable trifecta! Soto, a person of envious core values, strives for one thing and one thing only – 360 SUPERIOR QUALITY service. He is professional, personable, kind, and forthcoming with his customers. He is a devout family man and honorable local business owner, who understands the true value of his company’s success – His Customer! He ensures his technicians and support staff are cared for, expertly trained, and fundamentally driven with the same standard and esteemed practices across the board. My home is my greatest financial investment, that is now equipped with the highest quality HVAC system, alongside a first-class service company- Freon Doctor.

As an important add-on to my review, we as consumers have unfortunately become accustomed to [what follows] soon after we've sealed the deal on a product-good-or service; we hear very little to anything from the other side of the sale! Truly disappointing, and in many cases leads to buyer’s remorse. However, my experience with Freon Doctor (Soto) has been the "extreme" EXCEPTION TO THE RULE! No exaggeration!

Freon Doctor's reputation extends way beyond the sale. Thirty (30) days beyond my installation, I've been personally contacted three (3) times by their customer service office seeking feedback on how they can improve Sales, Installation, and Value. Furthermore, when I changed my mind regarding a switch to WiFi thermostats, the owner (Soto) drove to my home on a weekend to deliver and install them personally. Additionally, Freon Doctor dispatched a technician 30 days post installation to re-inspect installation, performance, safety, and satisfaction. My goodness!!! Only if all other service-retailers-and consumer providers took such pride in service quality with integrity, as Soto and Freon Doctor. I've made an incredible investment, while receiving the highest value.
