About my lost package more than 3month also what i get very bad service

I sent my package ethiopia 02/23/21 Since i sent i was tracking it keep saying on trnsit all most 3weeks i can't track my package they removed it i keep going post office i don't get any response they gave me different phone #i called is not help full i am confused i lost my $$which is mailing fee plus all my package please if you can give me help please thankyou User's recommendation: Care full.
