My Ticket Number is [protected] I mailed my phone for repair in June I followed the progress via the tracking number they said it was done in July today is September 29 I have not received my phone back. I have called them 19 times and I always get the same statement which is.. My case has been sent to the expedite department and they will call me on Monday.
