Fraud and poor service

Accommodation was reserved for Birzai campsite. We did not arrive at the night's accommodation because the car broke down on the way. Had to spend the night in the car. After a while comes the rake. The reservation should be canceled 14 days in advance. Isn't it funny? They don't care why you didn't show up.
