Hello, My name is vernal the reason for this email is because I had placed an order with Amazon over a month and a half ago and had to return the item the box was never open two weeks later I received an email stating that I returned the wrong item and that they cannot refund me until I get the right item to them and that they destroyed of the item that I sent them this is going nowhere I've called the customer service over 20 times they tell me they're going to escalate it to a higher level of department and I receive the same exact email every time telling me to send the correct item if I want a refund I am an elderly woman and this is $400 of money that I need I've been a customer of Amazon and card holder for over 10 years please help me thank you.
