DON'T HIRE THESE PEOPLE !!! l I called this company and the quote they gave was good so I booked on June 19 for a move July 24 to 26 and paid 1/3 almost $900.00.I explained that we had flight on July 27th so had to be picked up and that's why we gave a 3 day window. We were told no problem. We got down to Arizona and packed everything. They had to give us a call 24 hours notice when we hadn't heard on the 23 I called our sales man he said he was driving and would call us back. Never did! I called the 24th and he said he was almost to office and would call me right back, Never did I kept calling but he never answered so I called the office They said they did not have us down for pickup up. I was very worried and called everyone there office closes at 5 PM and since they had to give us 24 hour notice I prayed they would call. Well at 4:55 PM on the 25th we receive a a call that our driver was in an accident and would not be able to make it. I explained that we had to leave the next day and they had to. He said so you are cancelling. I told him that they needed to be there the next day He kept repeating that we are cancelling He even suggested that we have someone else be there for pick up. I told him no that we had packed and put every thing on our deck for a easy pickup for them. We are in our 70s and were so tired from the packing. Well they never showed up and we ended up renting a U-Haul loading it up and driver the 2100 miles home. We also lost are plane tickets because they were non refundable. They called and want to give us 60% back I said no because they broke the contract. He said no that we had cancelled Now its the middle of Aug and we have not received a dime DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE!!! They are not honest
