I bought a ticket through Cheaptickets.com as my brother is giving my sister-in-law a kidney. I got sick so I had to cancel. The recording says that there may be a cancellation fee of up to $25.00 and I agreed. When I finally got someone on the phone (sounded like a robot) he told me that there would be a fee of $99.00 to cancel a $113.20 ticket that they can turn around and resell! So, instead of canceling so I could recoup my $14.20, I decided not to cancel, so they will have a hard time reselling my seat when they figure out I'm not there. I lost $113.20 for being a good sister. Never, never again will I use Frontier Airlines nor Cheaptickets.com!
