Hello I am the manager at Cyber Village at the above address. We currently have 56 accounts with your company. Since March 2021 our billing has been messed up. We don't currently know what we owe, credited for, late fees, etc. This has become very frustrating the 215-235-**** number tells us to contact CRC New Service . It has been a complete nigthmare. As a customer I have been treated very badly, In addition to the internal chaos it has caused. Our accounting has been messed up since March. I am writing to simply request some assistance in this matter. 56 different accounts, and we deserve to be treated better. -Shanae
