This happens all of the time! I know our mailboxes are close, but this happens more often than it should and my neighbors open my mail and do not return my packages. Mistakes happen, but it's frustrating that this happens so much that I contact Amazon frequently. If my packages could just be delivered to my porch from now on, that would be awesome since the mailbox clearly isn't working for the carriers.
