Bought and paid in full for a $2700.00 sofa on August 8th, 2020.The furniture store told me 8-12 weeks for delivery, they told me they figured an October 2020 delivery date. Then they called and said it had been pushed back to December 2020. Then in December they called and said it had been pushed back to January 2021. Then was informed by my furniture company that Jackson Furniture has now pushed the construction date to the end of March with an anticipated delivery date of April!!!! How does this F'@#%!ing furniture company stay in business????? One highly PISSED OFF customer. 8 months to get a sofa, IF they don't push it back again!!!!! 8-12 weeks has now turned into 8 months at the best. User's recommendation: Avoid this company like the plague!!!!
