I called pacific sales several times regarding the problem with my ice maker, they said that they contacted Wiltshire appliances to correct the problem and they would be contacting me the next day to schedule an appointment, its now 3 days later and I never heard from them. I repeatedly called pacific sales to let the know that I was not concerned and when I asked for my salesman or the store manager I was told on several occasions that they were to busy to take my call, as they are only interested in making new sales rather than taking care of a customer who has already paid for the product. I am very disappointed with pacific sales and I will never recommend them to anyone. User's recommendation: Don’t buy from pacific sales, they are a joke.
