I ordered a lipstick for my daughter's birthday on 28th December and as of the 4th January the lipstick still has not been dispatched! As such, she will not have this lipstick for her birthday. Have now been waiting to speak to MAC customer services for more than 30 minutes and counting. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY! User's recommendation: Avoid Ordering Anything From MAC Cosmetics Online!
