3rd try at painting my Jeep’s hood

Jeep has painted my hood 2 times . Now they need to paint it for the 3rd time . It keeps chipping off . Now they want me to pay half the cost of the repair . It will be the third paint job for hood in 5 years . I dont think it is fare that I pay anything. Thanks , Rocco
