3 weeks of wasted time and energy

So my Experian credit score is 799, I've never missed a payment in my life, and the "Money Store" denied me for a simple home mortgage refinance because my "Debt-to-income" ratio was too high. Apparently because they don't know how to read a 1040 form. Added to that, they never communicated with me through the process as to updates, etc. I spent hours sending them various documents - tax returns, mortgage statements, insurance proof, W2s, bank statements, etc. Gave them everything they asked for. So they walk you through how easy everything is going to be, but be warned: If for some reason it is a bit more complicated than they prefer, they will just decide not to screw with you and move on. Throughout the process, I never heard a peep until I got the ominous "Notice of Adverse Decision" encrypted (how appropriate) email. These guys are a joke. Don't waste your time.
