no nJoAnn's of Dubuque, Waterloo and Iowa City. I think that you should be aware of the type of store you are sponsoring and or own. I frequent JoAnn's and just this past week I was in your Iowa City store and was greeted with a dark and forbidding presence not just because of Halloween but employees were less than welcoming in all depts. I inquired about 3 different items from 3 different employees and was neither directed to the aisle or area by each they were too intent on putting away future merchandise. I will never frequent this store again. The Waterloo store is a bit friendlier and can help if necessary. It is ok. Your Dubuque store has the joy just booming out from the moment you walk in you almost feel at home. Each employee strives to help and advise. They seem to know a lot about each area of the store and you can depend on their smiles and attitude. User's recommendation: no to iowa city and try an adventure to Dubuque.
