2hrs spent trying to cancel my order. Awful

Placed order with Applebee, numerous emails from them saying order could not be shipped, slight delay etc., Today received email with yet another excuse but order now will not ship till July 25, that 3 months after date I placed order. So called CS to cancel said order. I have spoken to 5/6 people all from the Philippines and could not get my order canceled. Beyond disgusted with this company. And its disgraceful that there is not one local # I can call. Applebee outsources their manufacturing and even their customer service calls. I will never shop with them again. User's recommendation: Zero.
