25% product cancelation fee

1

On June 19th 2020, I purchased a fridge and extended warranty through an agent online using my credit card from Canadian Appliance Source website. The fridge was supposed to be delivered on June 13th, 2020. Upon double checking the measurements and after a realization that the fridge would be too wide for my small kitchen, I called the company on June 11th to cancel the purchase. The only way to cancel this purchase is to sign and e-mail a document that states you have to pay a cancellation fee in the amount of 25% of the full price of the item plus the price of the warranty plus the Canadian 13% tax. There was no loss on the company side. The fridge was in stock and and was never shipped. I refused to sign such a document, crossed out the sentences that state that I agree to this and then signed. The scan of this document was then sent to the appropriate company e-mail. They replied that I have to pay the 25% fee. I will try to dispute this with my credit card company.
