My husband and I stayed at this hotel checking in Dec 2nd and checking out on December 9th. We had two rooms on the 7th and the 8th. Our adult son was badly hurt while visiting Tulsa. His father and I flew in Dec 2nd from Phoenix and we all left Tulsa to go home on Dec 9th. Our son had a very complex surgery which included a chest tube into his lungs, deflating his lungs for 9 hours and a spinal fusion surgery because he smashed one of his vertebrae. Guests and employees alike were not wearing masks. Hell, even the manager or owner was not wearing mask. When I inquired about the policy, the clerk said ‘I've gone into gas stations where they're not wearing masks'. I kid you not, that was the word for word response. Yes, there was a sign on the door. But guests were not asked to mask up and again, even staff were not wearing masks.
