I didn't notice immediately but the deck for my Troy-Bilt Pony lawn tractor doesn't have the anti-scalp wheels. It's not even set up for adding wheels; no brackets. There is a kit available but others have said holes need to be drilled into the deck which subsequently causes rusting. Also, the mulching attachment is not able to be secured well enough without considerable amounts of clippings escaping the right side of the deck leaving clumps of clippings on the lawn. Can't believe this brand has gone so far down hill.
