My daughter took my grandson to get pictures in Tucson on 2/14/21. My grandson all dressed up. They wouldnt honor the 25.00 special of one sitting photo shot. We wanted to reschedule but they lady said we would have to pay the 20.00 again. What BS is that? We are in a pandemic and everyone is having a hard time. Want to get a professional picture and we have to pay you again for nothing. This does not seem fair to me. Please transfer the 20.00 fee to another day so we can get his pictures taken without losing another 20.00
