My name is Giovanni Mele. I recently had 2 large windows installation jobs done. The installer was the same person for both jobs. He spoke no English. Can you imagine?? I'm over explaining the horrific experience with Home Depot. I don't know what to do. I am at the point to get my attorney involved. I truly think the owners, managers should experience the nightmare of their customer service by just calling the Home Depot. If anyone reads this email please call me [protected]
