This review is of the Miami office. The man at the counter was down right rude and ignorant. The reservation made in advance was not honored. They faulted carrental.com for overbooking. Waited hours for a rental. On my return the next man was equally ignorant and dismissive. I was dismissed once all they needed to check was confirmed. I was due $250 refund per our agreement but was returned $116.87 without an explanation. I tried to contact anyone via their phone options but all lines were full without an ability to leave a message. This went on for days when I finally contact my credit company and filed a dispute. To make matters worse, the car I received was filthy. Even with $1 Million liability on my personal insurance they refused to release the vehicle unless I purchased their insurance at $14 per day. In short, worst care rental I have ever dealt with in my 2 million miles of travel.
