$1200 bill for inaccurate YP advertisement
I called customer service last year to let DEX know the previous advertising was not correct AND that I had not intended to renew in the first place. Apparently at some point I signed an auto-renewal that is perpetual. I now have another year of inaccurate advertising (this will be the 3rd!) and the customer service representative I spoke to did not call me back with confirmation this would not happen again next year. User's recommendation: Beware. Poorest customer service I've encountered.
