Arrived home this morning and looking through the bag realized the receipt was missing. This is becoming an issue, not just with your company. Usually, the person taking the order will ask if I want my receipt. HELL YES ! The machine prints one out and should be given to the customer without asking. This used to be standard business practice. What happened ? Next, I'd like to address an issue with your drive thru's. In warmer weather I often ride my scooter . For some reason (your store people tell me it's not heavy enough for the sensor) no one answers and I have to drive to the window to order, which can be a problem if there's a line.
