Cigarette price difference from price advertise,

The sales clerk told me Newports cigaretts were 7.14, after asking for four packs he stated they were actually 7.58 , all around the store were signs priced for 6.99 , I asked for that price the clerk stated those signs were not any good, then charged me 7.14 for two packs, I don't feel like I was treated fairly at this location,
