I sent sarah at ching labs $500 through western union. It was picked up within a week in January. Then she tells me they are closed till February 5th due to chinese new year. In the middle of February I get a tracking number that never worked for the product. She told me to wait a week then check back if tracking number still didnt work. By then the tracking number expired & that was the last contact Sarah or Ching Labs had with me. Yesterday I sent about 5 emails wanting either product or money returned againn, with no response. I have sent many of these emails in the last 2-3 weeks with zero response. Bunch of thieves. DONT LOOSE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID!! strait up lied about sending product with bogus tracking number. If they had continued communications I wouldn't be posting this, Ive had it with them. Been waiting over 2 months now just to find out CHING LABS HAS RIPPED ME OFF $500. ####'em, Im done!!
