Charged when I did not subscribe

I was charged 2 days ago without having subscribed to a service. I ordered from thrive market once, and did not realize that my card and PayPal information would be saved within the Thrive Mark system, or that my single purchase would act as a my confirmation towards a subscription. I am a full time student in graduate school who makes $10 an hour. I do not have the means to support this kind of service, and would therefor never have agreed to pay $60 a month for something I can simply not afford. I tried calling within your business hours (Saturday 8am-4pm), but was told by the machine that it was outside of business hours. I would like to get this issue resolved quickly, and have my $60 returned to my account.
