I have not purchased anything from ROAD ID for at least 2 years On my Credit Card statement--a Chase Visa card-- there is a charge for $9.99. My address is 8550 Buchanan Dr Prescott, AZ 86305 I feel this may be a fraudulent charge I no longer need the ROAD ID as I have emergency Medical information on my cell phone, and I do not go out on foot to remote areas
