Change booking


Was desperately disappointed when I literally just make a booking from Newcastle Uk to Motherwell Uk, only to realise the dates should have been the other way around and when called customer services and waiting 20 in line that there was NOTHING they could do even though the bookings were made seconds before, why wouldnt change the dates. Instead I have to wait 10 WORKING days for a refund and I somehow have to find the someone from somewhere to make the correct booking. Absolutely stinks and your customer Service is appalling User's recommendation: Don’t use Trainline.
