Careless and sloppy

For the second time, they have messed up my cancer treatment by shipping with fedex who will not deliver. For the second time my cancer meds are lost and Briova in conspiracy with optumrx does not care. They have notes in their files to use UPS and they didn't even look or try and now I don't have my daily chemo pill which I am not supposed to miss.
