Cart Toys on 820 in Hurst, Texas took my cash and screwed up my install. You can hear my engine shifting through my 2x 12” woofer box in my trunk because of the poor install work. They refuse to get me back for the free repair in a timely manner matter because they have too many new customer installs to do. It has been 2 weeks and I am still driving with my bass turned off. I will never go to Car Toys again. They said they might be able to see me this weekend. Once they have your money they do a bad job and kick you out the door to screw the next poor *** who heard their ad. Money and high turnover is greater then a quality installation and recompense for a damaging, amateur mistake to a paying, repeat customer.
