Attitude towards the customer
The level there is terrible, I have twice tried to order a product via i-net, the attitude is like " what do you want ", never called that the product is and talked when you will be able to receive. Both times call yourself and wonder if they've received the order, how they respond at all don't want to set out, in short, quite pathetic. The first time I took them with them, the second time I said thank you, I will do without your order.
