I recently used vroom to or try to trade to purchase a used car. After I found one they needed a deposit for it up hold it but after 1 week they were emailing me information I needed and I filled it out 2x online and still need the same info again and then I had an family emergency. I spoke with do someone that I was going to have pass at this time still 1week later for my for sll the info they needed I wasn't sure if I was approved for the car I wanted . So I ask for a refund back of 249.00 cheaper then Carvana . Carvana gave my refund of 100 back. But vroom hasn't gotten back to me yet.
