Cannot reach google by phone to discuss about transactions I have not made and that moreover were charged twice on 2 differents credit cards

I saw on 2 different credit cards transaction I never made with Google, one credit card cie reimbursed me but not MC capital one. It is a bit more complicated to explain in writing and I would need to speak to a human to solve the issue. I filled out some Google onlive...
