Can not pull up my account to cash a personal check.

I can not log onto my account because i don't remember and no longer have the email address I had used once previously, now I spoke with a representative whom stated my account is completely closed as of now. Yet she still would not explain why exactly I cant use this part of the banking online? I believe I am more confused about the InGo Mobile Banking Application than I was a few weeks ago when I first began trying to use their app. Very insulted and baffled by this company.... User's recommendation: I highly recommend using some other check cashing money app.
