Called for estimate on brakes

Rieben at the Ckackamas store was going to call right back with the estimate, after 3 1/2 hrs i finally called back. I recieved the estimate and then inquired as to the cost of rotors if it were to be necessary, he replied in a pissy put out way that I did not ask for that information and didnt know. I asked to get an appt for the nzt day to have mu brakes done and his reply was he had no techs working that day. WELL YOUR OPEN AREN'T YOU!!!I thought to myself, decided *** it and hung up. This is the second time I have had this sort of experience with sears and definitely the last!!! I will do my business elsewhere, Im sure your work is as quality as your customer sevice!!! Its no wonder Sears is in financial trouble, GOOD
