Called Plumbforcedirect early yesterday morning for problem with Combi boiler (like a lot of people I the country) offered to me a slot between 4 and 6 which I accepted and the price was £85 (discount). Didn't tell me VAT would be added so cost £96. Boiler not working again this morning and when I phoned was told that it would cost me a further £96. I said it hadn't been fixed yesterday and the person I was speaking to said he would call me back in two minutes! I'm still waiting for him to call me back!!! Have had to call someone else out now. Would definitely not use Plumbforce Direct again. Why say will come back and then not bother. They must be making a fortune if they don't offer a follow up visit if needed but want you to pay again. DONT USE THEM
