Buying first NEW car at age 64; ripped off by dealer.

I live in PITTSBURGH, always bought old cars and fixed them up. Last one was a 2001 Honda Odyssey. I did a lot to fix that van to get it on the road. Finally at 10 years old and 146,000 miles I decided to trade it in on my FIRST new car (I'm 64 years old). I compared the Kia Soul and the Honda Element (2011 is it's last year of production). Seemed like the Kia was more affordable; because the dealer (Century III KIA)head salesman offered $6,000 in trade. The Kia Soul also lists lower than the Element. Was I in for a surprise. I had a balance due on the Odyssey so they paid that off; BUT, in the end did not put the $2500 from the offer into my downpayment AND padded the bill with things like a windshield treatment that averages to $400 at other dealers. This dealer said it's part of an extended warranty; BUT, wrote it up for $2,000 in addition to charging $1150 for the extended service. This brought the cost of the KIA Soul+ to above that of the Honda Element. My first question when I inquired about the KIA SOUL was to see if Factory Service Manuals were available to owners. I was told yes. When I went back to complain the head sales rep said he put the money into the cost of the new vehicle. It was a bold lie. I registered a complaint with the general manager of the dealer and called the KIA complaint line and filed a complaint there to. Since the amount of the fraud is $5,000 I am calling my state attorney general's office about it. Only one key came with the car and not even an Owner's manual or the Shop Service Manuals. Was told they will be in shortly. Meantime I'm running around with only 1key.
