Very poor customer service and unreliable product. My ear device stopped charging. The charger had to be replaced. No big deal, it happens…. But…. you can't go online to order a replacement, so you have to call, and there …. is no answer. They offer to call back, which means I have to put away my work even if it's inconvenient for me and talk to them when it's convenient for them, not me. It's a very nice service, but definitely not for customers. Perhaps the unreliability of the product and the subsequent replacement fee is part of their business model. I had to spend another $300 on replacement parts.If it still came with adequate assistance and everything was delivered on time, it did not!.They advertise a lot, but don't be deceived into believing they're the only ones that sell these things. I mean that, because there are so many other sellers you may buy from.
If you are actual Representative of Eargo you can contact the user using the comment form and help resolve the situation. The user can always mark his complaint as "resolved". Maintain your brand image, it is FREE.
