Buyer Beware Poor Customer Service

We purchased a sectional to be built and after receiving the sectional. There are feathers coming out of the sectional that poke you and actually hurt. We went into the store where we purchased the sectional and were told to contact customer service. They would be willing to help and look into it. We are going on 6 weeks now since we originally reached out. No return calls, no returned emails, and no follow up. We just want them to look at the quality and photos we have shared. We try to buy American made products, but look at the quality and beyond that the care. Can someone step up and do their job or care?
