Brutal Customer Service

I have been on hold via the phone for 4 hours and on an online chat to talk with customer service for 6 hours, with no response. I have used the call back option of hitting 1 to hold my place in call back with no calls 10 hours later. My Tracking is saying with courier for the past 7 days with it being in my city. No idea where my package is or how I am supposed to receive as delivery was to be to my home. User's recommendation: Use another delivery service.
