Broken xrocker After 2 months of purchase

Purchased xrocker November 2015, as a Christmas gift, and the Jack broke by February. The base broke by April. Contacted Amazon and warranty was up end of January? I was advised to contact ace bayou...so I did. No satisfaction there...they didn't stand by the quality of their product and offered me replacement parts including shipping, for a total of $100.52. The item lasted 4 months? 4 months? All I got was I'm sorry for this matter and here is the cost of replacement parts...i advised the representative, through our email communication, that I want to file a formal complaint and I haven't heard back from them...its been two weeks. This is sad...either the representative doesn't know how to handle a customer complaint or the company really doesn't back the quality of their product.
