Broken headset and cannot get a new one

I have a Arctis 7 Headset that I purchased a couple months ago that is not working and I emailed steelseries customer support. I get generic emails back, then when an actual person emails me back, its just a copy of instructions on how to troubleshoot. Ive asked three times now through email for someone to just send me my warranty replacement because Ive done all the troubleshooting already. No reply to those emails besides generic ones telling me they are busy and will reply when they can. There is no phone number so I cant talk to anyone. Im pissed and just want a working headset. User's recommendation: Be wary because they are very to slow to help if at all if your product has issues.
